This report is a straightforward analysis of past medical bills or the costing within an opposing life care plan to determine if the prices are usual, customary and reasonable (UCR). This is a comparison of costs only. The profession of life care planning has industry standards when providing the cost of services and supplies over one's lifetime. The resultant opinion will be whether the costs within the past medical bills or a life care plan are inflated, too low or considered reasonable for the individual's geographical region. This report is testifible in a court of law.
